New Horizons Forum

The New Horizons Forum is an “in-person only” event. New Horizons Forum will not be live streamed, and it will not be possible to attend virtually.

If you need to update your registration with an attendee replacement, please send us an email with the details of your registration and who will be attending in your place. If you are unable to attend, a written email request including your full name must be received in our events mailbox by January 31, 2025 to receive a refund. There is a cancellation processing fee of $75 per person. The deadline for cancellation/refund requests is January 31, 2025. No refund requests will be accepted after this date.

Book your Glaucoma 360 hotel accommodations at the Westin St. Francis San Francisco, located on Union Square in San Francisco. The deadline to book a sleeping room at The Westin St. Francis is January 14, 2025. After this date, the hotel will need to be contacted directly to confirm availability.

Glaucoma Research Foundation (GRF) is a national non-profit organization dedicated to finding a cure for glaucoma. Founded in 1978 in San Francisco, GRF funds results-oriented innovative research and provides definitive educational materials for glaucoma patients and eye care professionals. Research initiatives include the collaborative Catalyst for a Cure research consortium and the Shaffer Grants for Innovative Glaucoma Research. Patient Education programs include the annual Glaucoma Patient Summit and the comprehensive glaucoma.org website.

Glaucoma 360 is the inspiration of Adrienne Graves, PhD and Andrew Iwach, MD, who are both members of the Glaucoma Research Foundation Board of Directors. Dr. Graves is a visual scientist by training, a global industry leader in ophthalmology, and the former CEO of Santen Inc. Dr. Iwach, GRF’s Board Chair, is Executive Director of the Glaucoma Center of San Francisco, Associate Clinical Professor of Ophthalmology at the University of California at San Francisco, and a faculty instructor at the California Pacific Medical Center Department of Ophthalmology.

Glaucoma Research Foundation is committed to the health and safety of our attendees, exhibitors, staff, and volunteers. In line with best practices as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the State of California and City of San Francisco, we will not require proof of COVID-19 vaccination for entry to Glaucoma 360.

In addition:

• We recommend that everyone be at least two weeks past their completed COVID-19 vaccine and be up to date with booster shots.
• We recommend attendees stay home if symptoms of any illness are present.
• Mask wearing is optional.
